Job Description

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Support marketing and sales teams in customer engagement activities.
- Prepare customer service & sale reports when required.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Science or Business Administration.
- At least 1 year of working experience in customer service, data support, or client relations. (Working in the Pharmaceutical industry is more preferable)

Review all bank transfer out transactions Resolve bank transactions issue in a timely manner Posting daily cash/bank activities Any other ad-hod assigned by management Cash management: Must be able to supervise or perform all processes related to the Cash and Bank Reporting: Prepare and communicate daily banking activity reports, cash flow forecasts , and other reports Must be able to perform duties assigned by superiors. Prepared and checked AP & AR update with Distributor Company.

Job Requirement
Any bachelor's degree and a holder of LCCI III UK or other related accounting diploma or bachelor (Age over 27) At least 3 year working experience in Finance Department Can be good at Excel Can handle Cash and Bank Transactions skillfully Organizational and time-management skills Attention to detail, with an ability to spot numerical errors
