2025 Global RWA Ecosystem Innovation Forum Successfully Concludes In Dubai, UAE
Dubai, UAE, November 24, 2025 -- Hosted by Singapore’s leading RWA digital ecosystem enterprise PrimoX, and co-organized by VMOMENT, MetaOrigin, Tiens Group, and Moore Labs, the “Integration · Growth · Breakthrough—2025 Global RWA Ecosystem Innovation Forum” embarked on its next stop in Dubai, UAE, following its successful launch in Singapore.
Centered on the theme “Digital Assets Empowering the Real Economy: Building a New RWA Ecosystem Paradigm,” the forum explored how RWA (Real World Assets) can drive traditional enterprises toward digital transformation and value elevation. It attracted financial institutions, industry leaders, and Web3 experts from around the world, becoming another major highlight in the global digital economy landscape of 2025.
As the keynote speaker at the forum’s opening, Diana Peng, Co-Chair of the United Nations Global Filial Piety Committee and President of the International Institute of Economic Strategies, delivered a strategic address. She noted that over the past decade, digitalization has profoundly reshaped global economic operations; in the next decade, intelligent technologies will lead humanity from “information connectivity” to “value trust.” With the deep integration of AI, blockchain, IoT, and quantum computing, the generation, verification, and circulation of value are undergoing systemic transformation, driving global governance into a new phase of restructuring.
Diana Peng emphasized that the International Institute of Economic Strategies is advancing its research based on a tri-pillar think-tank framework of “Policy – Technology – Industry.” The institute continues to conduct in-depth studies on key topics such as intelligent digital-economy governance, cross-border digital-asset regulation, and industrial intelligent transformation, providing governments and enterprises with systematic, globally aligned, actionable, and replicable intellectual support. She noted that real-world asset verification and digital mapping, the establishment of an internationalized compliance framework for digital assets, and the intelligent upgrading of corporate governance constitute the three core pathways for traditional enterprises entering the era of the global intelligent digital economy.
When discussing enterprise practice, Diana Peng highlighted Tiens Group’s global digital-transformation efforts. As a representative Chinese enterprise transitioning toward the Web 3.0 paradigm, Tiens Group has achieved strong synergy with the Institute in areas such as international policy coordination, RWA asset-model development, and cross-border compliance governance, providing a mature and replicable reference model for Chinese companies seeking to participate in the global digital-economy landscape.
