當身體感到安全,
才有機會真正降低緊繃與疼痛。

如果在治療過程中感到不適或力道過強,
記得和治療師溝通,找到最適合你的強度。

當消化道中的任一括約肌失調,內臟和周邊筋膜的張力會失衡,除了有機會帶來消化問題外,它還會透過筋膜連結影響整個身體的肌肉組織。
舉例來說,幽門括約肌失調時,因為它受迷走神經控制,而迷走神經同時影響頸肩部。幽門功能失調會透過筋膜和神經反射,引起左側肩頸肌肉的緊繃和疼痛,解釋了為什麼有些胃腸不適者也會有頸肩痛的困擾。
透過內臟筋膜鬆動術,治療師會用輕柔的手法來感覺並調整這些括約肌,幫助它們恢復正常的開關功能,解開筋膜張力的卡點,促進整體內臟的協調和平衡。這就像解除管道堵塞,讓消化系統重回順暢,同時改善慢性消化問題並減輕或預防相關的肌肉疼痛。

When any sphincter in the digestive tract is dysfunctional, the tension in the visceral and surrounding fascia becomes imbalanced. In addition to potentially causing digestive problems, this imbalance can also affect the muscle tissue of the entire body through fascial connections.
For example, when the pyloric sphincter is dysfunctional, since it is controlled by the vagus nerve, which also affects the neck and shoulders. Dysfunction of the pylorus can cause tightness and pain in the left neck and shoulder muscles through fascial and nerve reflexes, explaining why some people with gastrointestinal discomfort also suffer from neck and shoulder pain.
Through visceral manipulation, therapists use gentle techniques to sense and adjust these sphincters, helping them restore their normal opening and closing functions, release fascial tension knots, and promote the overall coordination and balance of the viscera. This is like unclogging a blocked pipe, allowing the digestive system to return to smooth operation, while improving chronic digestive problems and alleviating or preventing related muscle pain

你知道消化道裡有好幾個重要的括約肌嗎?
括約肌就像人體內的「智慧閘門」,負責控制食物和消化液的流動,讓消化過程順暢進行。它們互相配合,當任何一個「閘門」出問題就可能影響整個消化系統。
括約肌功能失調可能因多種原因引起,例如神經調控異常(迷走神經功能失衡)、慢性炎症或組織損傷、手術創傷、不良生活習慣、壓力或相關疾病(如胃食道逆流)。
一旦括約肌功能失調,「閘門」可能卡住、關不緊或閉不起來,導致胃食道逆流、消化不良、膽汁淤積、腸道回流等消化問題。這時候,內臟和周圍筋膜也會失去平衡。那麼,括約肌失調除了引發消化問題,會不會通過筋膜網絡影響到周圍組織呢?下一篇我們會繼續分享!

Do you know there are several important sphincters in the digestive tract?
Sphincters are like "intelligent gates" in the human body, responsible for controlling the flow of food and digestive juices to ensure the smooth progression of the digestive process. They work in coordination with each other—when any one of these "gates" malfunctions, it may affect the entire digestive system.
Sphincter dysfunction can be caused by various factors, such as abnormal neural regulation (imbalance of vagus nerve function), chronic inflammation or tissue damage, surgical trauma, unhealthy living habits, stress, or related diseases (e.g., gastroesophageal reflux).
Once sphincter dysfunction occurs, the "gates" may get stuck, fail to close tightly, or be unable to close at all, leading to digestive issues like gastroesophageal reflux, indigestion, cholestasis, and intestinal reflux. At this point, the internal organs and surrounding fascia will also lose balance. So, besides triggering digestive problems, can sphincter issues affect surrounding tissues through the fascial network? We will continue to share in the next article!
