邁索爾🧘🏻‍♀是教授阿斯湯伽瑜珈的傳統方式。在邁索爾，學員學習已固定順序的體式和結合自由呼吸的聲音，透過流動串連和呼吸跟隨順序從一個體式延續到下一個體式，因此每個體式都是從前一個體式建構起來的。根據每個學員的能力，為他們安排一套瑜珈練習。

Mysore 🧘🏻‍♀is the traditional way of teaching the Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. In Mysore, students learn the fixed order of asanas combining movement with free breathing and sound. Through vinyasa, there is continuity via the breath from one asana to the next, so that each asana builds from the previous one. Each student is given a yoga routine according to their ability.

阿斯湯伽🧘🏻‍♀️是一種具有固定姿勢序列的流瑜珈方法。每次都按照相同的順序做相同的姿勢。這個序列是漸進的，因為每個姿勢都建立在從前一個姿勢之上。它適合初學者，導師會提供大量的關注和指導，一點一點地教學員練習的開始序列。導師會以最適合他們的速度和計數方法教學員練習🙏🏻

我們每週有2堂阿斯湯伽，這個課程也列入持續進修，新一期持續進修在9月6日開班，星期六 9:00-10:30📣

Ashtanga 🧘🏾‍♂️is a vinyasa method that has a set sequence of postures. You do the same postures in the same order every time. The sequence is progressive in that each posture is built on the information received from previous ones. It is suitable to beginners and the educator provides a lot of attention and instruction, teaching them the beginning sequences of the practice, bit by bit. The educator teaches them the practice at the pace that best suits them with counting method🙏🏻
