An afternoon of painting to Paolo Nutini, slowing down, being mindful, playful, and genuinely supportive of one another — not just as colleagues, but as human beings. (Not to mention, little Ġ joined us and slept the whole way through!)

Watching the Beatrix network grow into a trusted community of therapists who challenge, support, and help each other evolve is something I don’t take lightly. It strengthens us individually, enriches the service we offer, and keeps our mission alive in a very real way.

Some of the hardest parts of living with a chronic or autoimmune condition are the ones no one can see.

This therapist-led support group offers a safe, grounded space to explore the emotional and relational impact of living with an unpredictable body, alongside others who understand.

People often ask “how do you know when to push or to hold back?”. The truth is far more complex than we wish it is. It is more an art form than it is a scientific formula. No matter what people share about how they got to where they did, and how they learnt what they learnt- it’s unique for everyone. The growth needed to achieve peace requires an introspective journey to explore and identify what works for you and what doesn’t. What’s good for you may not be good for someone else, and vice versa. That’s why developing the internal compass is necessary to achieve a sense of alignment with oneself and sustainable life success.

In a very brief arbitrary explanation: start by being honest with yourself. Then learn how to listen to your internal voice. Then learn how to trust yourself and life. Then you will learn to let go.

After this dance you learn how to fine tune this balance and build a compass that will guide you from within on how to navigate the steps ahead.
