Job Opportunity with +boost: Retail Sales Representative

Role Description
As demand for +boost supplements continues to grow, we’re expanding our retail presence across the island. We want our products to be easy to find, easy to trust, and available wherever our customers shop, train, and live.
That’s why we’re looking for a Retail Sales Representative to help us build strong retail relationships and bring +boost closer to communities across Malta.
Responsibilities
- Visit supermarkets, retailers, gyms, and partners across Malta to build and maintain strong relationships
- Identify and approach new retail partners to expand +boost’s presence
- Grow existing accounts through re-orders, promotions, and improved in-store visibility
- Monitor product placement, stock levels, and merchandising in stores
- Act as the main point of contact between +boost and retail partners
- Organise pop-ups, activations, and in-store promotions
- Follow up on orders, deliveries, payments and account activity
- Share feedback from the field on market trends, competitor activity, and opportunities
- Work towards sales targets and contribute ideas to grow B2B revenue
The ideal candidate
- Experience working with supermarkets and retail buyers
- Confident, friendly, and comfortable building relationships
- Motivated by sales targets and commission
- Proactive, organised, and able to work independently
- Persistent and solution-oriented when following up
- Fluent in Maltese and English
- Interest in health, wellness, or fitness is a plus
- Valid driving license and car is required
