Holistic-Nature Natural Medicine - Iridology - Reflexology - Bach Flowers Therapy - Kinesiology - Nutritional coach - Naturopathic Oncology

I am a certified Naturopath, Iridologist, Reflexologist, and Nutritional Consultant. My passion for complementary medicine stems from embracing a holistic approach that addresses the root cause of symptoms rather than merely suppressing them. I received my training at the School of Naturopathy Lumen (Free University of Natural Medicine), specializing in the R.p.O. Method - Holistic Podalic Reflexology - R.P.O.®. In 2017, I participated in a project at PAT in Milan (Pio Albergo Trivulzio), exploring potential integrations of complementary treatments, emphasizing the significance of empathic contact in the care field. In December 2019, I attended the SALUS project at the European Parliament in Strasbourg, aiming to promote prevention through healthy lifestyles in collaboration with official medicine. My expertise in nutrition expanded through studies at the Accademia della Nutrizione (SSNV) and Metabolomic Nutrition at Einum (European Institute of Nutritional Medicine). In 2023, I achieved a Diploma from SINU (Società Italiana Nutrizione Umana) as a Nutritional Consultant. My commitment to ongoing education reflects both a personal desire for evolution and a dedication to providing comprehensive and effective support to clients.

2025 :I am attending a Master Class for Naturopathic Oncology

Why holistic sciences focus on processes rather than immediate results

We live in an age of speed: 24-hour deliveries, instant answers, measurable outcomes. This mindset has also shaped the way we think about health. We want symptoms to disappear immediately, weight to drop quickly, energy to return within a week.
Holistic sciences invite us to slow down, to look beyond the symptom, and to understand that true healing is not an instant event, but a process that unfolds over time. It is not a pill that fixes everything, but a journey that transforms. And within this essential distinction lies the difference between merely suppressing a symptom and truly healing.

📵✨ Digital Detox Day in Action! ✨📚

Today in class, we tried something different — a Digital Detox Day. Phones were placed aside, and our students focused fully on learning, thinking, and creating… without screens!

One of our teachers, Ms. Monica shared: “I am doing it, and they are proud of themselves. They realize they can work without it.” 💪👏

The result? Greater focus, meaningful engagement, and a sense of accomplishment our students can truly be proud of. Sometimes, disconnecting is the best way to reconnect — with learning, confidence, and ourselves.

Endometriosis & IBS: looking beyond symptoms

For a long time, endometriosis and IBS have been treated as separate conditions.
One is considered “gynaecological”, the other “gastrointestinal”.

Yet, in clinical practice – and very often in women’s real experience – they coexist.
This is not a coincidence.

Endometriosis and IBS share key underlying mechanisms, such as chronic low-grade inflammation, visceral hypersensitivity, hormonal influence (especially oestrogen activity) and altered gut–brain communication.

When these mechanisms are not addressed, symptoms tend to persist, fluctuate or migrate from one system to another.

Where nutrition and naturopathy come in

From a naturopathic perspective, the goal is not to suppress symptoms, but to work on the terrain in which they develop.
Nutrition and lifestyle play a central role in this process.

A targeted nutritional approach can help modulate inflammation, support gut barrier function, influence oestrogen metabolism and reduce visceral reactivity and pain perception.

Naturopathy works by connecting systems rather than isolating organs.
Gut, hormones, nervous system and immune response are seen as parts of the same network.

This is particularly relevant when digestive symptoms worsen during the menstrual cycle, or when pelvic pain and bowel discomfort overlap.

A root-cause approach

Pain is not “just hormonal”.
Digestive symptoms are not “just IBS”.

Very often, they are expressions of the same underlying imbalance.

Working on diet quality, food tolerance, gut health, inflammatory load and nervous system regulation can make a meaningful difference in symptom intensity and quality of life.

Because when the terrain changes, symptoms can change too.

✨ **Pleasure at the table & digestive health: finding balance during the holidays** ✨

The holiday season is all about tradition, sharing and enjoying good food. Big lunches and festive dinners are part of our culture — but when rich meals follow one another with little pause, digestion can easily struggle.

Digestive discomfort such as bloating, heaviness, acidity or reflux is often linked not only to *what* we eat, but also *how* and *when* we eat. Eating slowly, chewing well, respecting digestion times and avoiding excess combinations of heavy foods in the same meal can make a real difference.

You don’t need to give up traditional dishes to protect digestive wellbeing. Smaller portions, lighter choices in the evening, good hydration, limiting alcohol and taking a gentle walk after meals all help the digestive system cope better — allowing you to enjoy food without discomfort.

Listening to the body is key: persistent symptoms are not “normal”, even during the holidays, and deserve attention.

If digestive issues tend to appear during festive periods, a more mindful and personalised approach to meals can help restore balance.

Naturopathy & Gratitude: simple techniques to close the year in balance ✨

As the year comes to an end, many of us feel the need to reflect on what we experienced, what we learned and what we are ready to let go of.
In naturopathy, this transition is considered meaningful because unprocessed emotions can affect vital energy, sleep quality, digestion and overall balance.

Gratitude is one of the simplest yet most powerful tools to harmonise mind and body. Practising it regularly supports emotional regulation, resilience and general wellbeing.

🌿 Benefits of gratitude:
• reduces anxiety and physical tension
• improves sleep
• supports the immune system
• enhances motivation and focus
• shifts the body from “constant alert” to a calmer state

🌟 Techniques you can start today:
• writing three things you are grateful for every evening
• conscious breathing with attention on positive moments
• bringing awareness to one area of the body and thanking it
• expressing a sincere “thank you” to someone who was part of your year

December is the ideal time to close emotional cycles, recognise what nourished you and create space for what’s coming next. Ending the year with gratitude supports both nervous system and inner clarity.

I hope it inspires your end-of-year reflection and renewal.
Feel free to share in the comments: What are you grateful for this year?

As the days grow shorter, many people notice a shift: less energy, more emotional heaviness, restless sleep, or difficulty staying focused.
This “grey mood” is not just psychological — our biology reacts to the reduced light and slower seasonal rhythm.

In naturopathy, we support this transition with gentle tools:
🌿 adaptogenic plants
💡 morning light exposure
🌬️ slow, grounding breath
🥣 warm, stabilizing foods
🧠 nervous system support (magnesium & B vitamins)

These simple practices help rebalance your inner rhythm and bring back clarity and vitality.

In naturopathy, the sounds of nature—not just pleasant background noise—are powerful therapeutic tools. The gentle rhythm of rainfall, the soft whistle of wind through leaves, or the distant murmur of the sea have a direct effect on the autonomic nervous system. These natural sounds can slow the heart rate, reduce over‐activation of the amygdala (our “alarm centre”), and guide the mind into a state of calm awareness.

In practice, simple “sound baths” using natural recordings for 5–10 minutes each day can act as sensory resets. When paired with mindful breathing or meditation, they help dissolve tension, sharpen focus, and enhance sleep quality. During therapeutic sessions, such sounds support manual treatments by reducing sympathetic arousal and improving body awareness.

In our modern urban lives—constant stimuli, screen overload, mental clutter—this nature-based acoustic refuge offers a gentle yet effective way to reclaim presence. Incorporating natural sound into your daily routine or practice can be an accessible act of self‐care, helping soothe the nervous system and restore inner balance.
