Full-Time Quality Assurance and Pharmacovigilance Officer

Join Europharma Ltd., a leading distributor of medicinal products and medical devices in Malta. We’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated full-time Quality Assurance and Pharmacovigilance Officer to support our Quality Management System and Pharmacovigilance operations.

Key Responsibilities:
🔍 Support pharmacovigilance activities & maintain the PSMF
📊 Ensure compliance with EU GVP, GDP/GMP & MDR requirements
📝 Maintain and improve QMS processes
📂 Manage safety, quality & regulatory documentation
🧪 Participate in audits, supplier qualification & PMS activities
📨 Coordinate reporting to the Malta Medicines Authority & EMA
🎓 Support training related to PV, GDP, MDR & device vigilance

Ideal Candidate:
✔ Degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field
✔ 1–3 years experience in PV, QA or regulatory affairs
✔ Knowledge of EU GVP, GDP/GMP & MDR obligations
✔ Strong documentation, organisation & analytical skills
✔ Ethical, proactive, and detail-oriented
✔ Experience with vigilance systems (EudraVigilance is an asset)
