Bridging Boundaries: International Insights into Social Services

📍 Valletta, Malta
📅 17–20 May 2026

The European Social Services Conference is Europe’s largest policy and practice forum for public social services, and in 2026 it will be hosted in Valletta, Malta.

Now in its 34th edition, ESSC brings together leaders, decision-makers, practitioners, researchers, third sector organisations and technology providers from across Europe and beyond. It is a space to share experiences, learn from one another, and reflect on how social services can work across borders to respond to shared challenges in an increasingly interconnected world.

Over four days, delegates will take part in inspiring keynotes, interactive sessions and meaningful discussions on how public social services are designed, financed and delivered to support resilient societies in times of ongoing crisis.

🔗 Delegate registration is now open: https://connect.esn-eu.org/public/conference/essc-2026/detail/

They speak openly about:
✨ Building confidence as a self-advocate

✨ Finding community with others on similar employment journeys
✨ Learning what reasonable accommodations they can ask for at work

✔️ L-Aċċessibilità Għandha Tkun Inkluża mill-Bidu

F’dan il-filmat naraw kif nuqqas ta’ informazzjoni u preparazzjoni jista’ joħloq sitwazzjonijiet skomdi u evitabbli. Aċċessibilità u inklużjoni jfissru li kull persuna għandha d-dritt li tipparteċipa fis-soċjetà b’dinjità u indipendenza. Dan huwa dritt bażiku ta’ kull persuna.
