SRM is the principal non-profit organization in Malta representing all local medical radiographers.

The SRM has always worked hard to pursue its mission statement: to promote and advance the radiography and radiotherapy profession in Malta through continuous education, specialisation and networking. The SRM has always held the best interests of local radiographers at heart and over the years the SRM has participated in national and international discussions and debates to ensure that the radiography profession is safeguarded and to encourage further development within the profession itself.

The SRM is being represented by our President Andrea Bellizzi at the annual European Congress of Radiology (ECR 2026) in Vienna, Austria 🇦🇹. Andrea is also joined by many fellow SRM members and collegues, who are proudly showcasing the Maltese name 🇲🇹🇲🇹

Get ready for a night of fun, food, and friendly competition! 🎉🧠

The Society of Medical Radiographers Malta is hosting a Trivia Night on Thursday 23rd April 2026 from 8:00 PM onwards at Reeman's Pub - 532 Parish Street, St. Paul's Bay.

Form a team of up to 6 people and put your knowledge to the test across multiple trivia rounds. Teams with fewer than 6 members are also welcome — final teams will be confirmed on the day.

🏆 Prizes will be awarded to:

- The winning team
- The team with the funniest name (so start brainstorming!)

🍴 Free appetisers will be provided, and additional food and drinks can be ordered directly from the venue.

📢 We are pleased to announce another lecture titled "Stereotactic Radiosurgery (SRS) : Principles and Clinical Applications" presented by Dr Malcolm Buhagiar and the SRS RT Team. This lecture will cover the process involved in planning such treatment, from patient selection criteria, planning and delivery of treatment.
