Went for a walk in a garden today...
No idea how many steps made, or calories burned. No gains...just a stroll in a garden.

We tend to overcomplicate everything these days and forget the simple things to achieve wellness.
There was a reason the concept of a public garden or public park was invented and that is plain and simple physical and mental health. A walk in some nature in an urban built up area is something we tend to take for granted and sometimes see as a waste of time but it's actually a crucial part of our environment which can be used wheneve we want.

It's obviously not enough and other forms of exercise are important, but don't stress yourself out too much...
Just get up, and go for a walk!
