Counselling provides a safe space, a space that supports us to come up close and personal with ourselves and our life events. Santina has numerous years working in the drug addiction field. Over the years her passion has grown and now works with many other addictions, internet, shopping, po*******hy, yet not excluding a number of different issues, like anxiety, stress, depression, trauma, and well-being. Santina remains curious on why we behave the way we do and what motivates us to that behaviour, and explores ways and means of how we can come to a better understanding of ourselves and our world. Every time we feel stress we are out of balance and start living in survival mode. How do I move away from my old self and create a healthier self? How do I take better care of myself? How do we tap into the self-limiting narratives, tap into our pain, fears and discomforts and come to a place of more comfort and wholeness?
