Hydration - Why It's So Important ???
Your body depends on water to survive. Every cell, tissue, and organ in your body needs water to work properly. For example, your body uses water to maintain its temperature, remove waste, and lubricate your joints.
One of the best ways to keep your self hydrated is to drink homemade infused water .
Heres the Recipe for the which is super refreshing, tasty & the most important thing healthy without any colouring or nasty sugars and preservatives :
💧2 ltrs Spring Water
💧3 Apples
💧4 Whole Cloves
💧2 Table Spoons Of Fresh Grated Ginger
💧1 Small Cinnamon Stick
💧4 Bay Leaves
💧2 Tea Bags Of Lemon & Ginger Herbal Tea (We used Tatley Immune Booster Lemon & Ginger Tea)
💧2 Tea Spoons Of Raw Sugar (Optional)
Method :
Boil peeled appels + all above ingredients in 1lt of water for about 20 min.
Leave to cool while adding the rest of the water and refrigerate for 2 hrs for the ultimate taste. Remove Appels from the mixture, which you can eat later separately as a snak topped with your favourite yourghurt or alone 😉
Bottle in glass bottles not plastic if possible and consume in 2 days.
U can either remove all herbs extracts or you can bottle them too . Leaving them in will make taste even stronger 😉☺
