🍿 YouTube: Klara Sadurska Mind and Soul In 2012 I started my psychological journey as a volunteer at a shelter for victims of domestic violence, providing essential support to women and children, assisting them psychologically and helping with their daily tasks. Later, I became a former leader with the "Together Against Violence" organization, where for few years I led workshops and lectures for both children and adults on topics such as anger management, addiction prevention, stress, crisis management, socialization and family and relationship challenges. My experience also includes work in Białołęka prison, where I provided psychological support to long-term inmates and led personal development sessions. In 2017 I earned my master degree from SWPS University in Warsaw, where I began my journey in the field of psychology. In 2022 I earned my international certificate of cognitive behavioural therapy practitioner at The Academy of Modern Applied Psychology. Currently from 2020, I live in Malta, working as a self-employed psychologist and psychotherapist in my own company "Klara Sadurska Mind and Soul", offering online support in both Polish and English language and creating self-development podcast on
Spotify titled "Klara Sadurska Mind and Soul"). Psychology is my greatest passion,
and delivering support is my life's mission.

Witajcie! Jestem dwujęzycznym psychologiem z ponad 10-letnim doświadczeniem w udzielaniu wsparcia psychologicznego oraz terapeutką nurtu poznawczo-behawioralnego. W roku 2017 ukończyłam studia magisterskie na Uniwersytecie Humanistyczno-Społecznym SWPS w Warszawie na kierunku psychologia, w 2022 zdobyłam międzynarodowy certyfikat terapeutki nurtu poznawczo-behawioralnego. Moją przygodę z psychologią rozpoczęłam jako wolontariuszka w domu dla ofiar przemocy, wspierająca kobiety i dzieci w codziennych trudnościach. Po ukończeniu wolontariatu rozpocząłem pracę jako trenerka umiejętności miękkich w mazowieckich szkołach z ramienia "Stowarzyszenia Razem Przeciw Przemocy", prowadząc warsztaty dla dzieci, młodzieży i dorosłych z zakresu radzenia sobie z agresją, uzależnieniami, stresem, kryzysem, socjalizacją oraz relacjami rodzinnymi. Posiadam również doświadczenie w pracy w areszcie śledczym nawarszawskiej Białołęce, w którym to prowadziłam warsztaty z rozwoju osobistego i udzielałam wsparcia psychologicznego osadzonym. Obecnie od roku 2020 mieszkam na Malcie i pracuję jako samozatrudniona psycholog i psychoterapeutka we własnej firmie "Klara Sadurska Mind and Soul", oferując konsultacje online w języku polskim i angielskim oraz tworzę anglojęzyczny podcast o tematyce rozwojowej na platformie Spotify zatytułowany "Klara Sadurska Mind and Soul". Psychologia jest moją największą pasją,
