Although massage has many benefits for physiotherapy its relaxation benefits are massively overlooked. In the modern world we live stressful lives, working long hours under pressure and this can easily allow harmful stress levels to build, from the outset our unique massage is designed to counter this. The Senses massage treatment is physically a lighter version of the Swedish concept, preferring relaxing strokes and soothing motions to harder more physical styles, to enable the mind to release its daily tensions we aim to diminish all senses other than touch. We use a low light environment with natural candles, these have aroma's of Mixed berry's and Lavender which are soothing and neutral, our salon music is soft and gentle and by usage of this and the treatment room environment the sense of touch can be enhanced, allowing the client to completely relax and enjoy the sensation of the smooth Argan oil massage as it is applied to their skin. The stresses in our lives affect us in many ways, they reduce our insight and productivity at work, they affect our social relationships, our energy levels and both our mental and physical health.
