I would like to sincerely thank my clients and colleagues for the kindness and support you have shown this week following the tragic passing of my dear auntie Rita. She was always very supportive of my professional journey and will be missed immensely.

This afternoon, the pharmacy will be closed as I join my family to celebrate her life.

Choose Broad-Spectrum: Look for products that protect against both UVA (aging) and UVB (burning) rays.

The "Two-Finger" Rule: Ensure you're applying enough sunscreen to your face and neck—roughly two strips of cream along your index and middle fingers.

Reapply: If you’re enjoying a walk along the coast or sitting outside for coffee, remember to reapply every 2 hours.
