Available every Saturday from 8:00am – 1:00pm, our counselling service offers a safe, supportive, and confidential space for those seeking guidance and emotional wellbeing.

With over 20 years of experience working in schools as an LSE, youth worker, and now as a warranted counsellor, our counsellor specialises in supporting adolescents, young people, individuals, and families. Using a nonjudgmental, client-centered approach, sessions are tailored to help you feel heard, respected, and empowered at your own pace.

Support is available for:
* Family dynamics
* Grief and loss
* Relationships
* Anxiety and depression
* Personal growth and life transitions

Whether you're a young person finding your voice, a family navigating change, or simply looking for clarity and support, you’re not alone. Our empathetic counsellor is here to help you build resilience and move forward with confidence.
