Clouds,
Sunset and
the Full Moon 🌤️🌕

The colours in the sky filled the heart with emotion.
And just moments after the sun kissed the sea, La Luna came rising bright and bold (photo 2). It was a beautiful site to watch, to feel present and just absorb the surroundings 🥰.

Dear October ...

Yesterday I put up a story and the response made me realise, I was not alone --- seems like many are having an October Special with more spiceeee 🌶️ 😅😉

Why am I Marching
this Saturday 4th October at 10am in Valletta ?

-- 3 main points --
🥁 The land set to be preserved for agriculture and green areas, should remain preserved --> thought Malta's plan was to become Greener
🥁 To support farmers which should never feel under threat, their work to our community is invaluable -->They need help not obstacles>
🥁 To preserve democracy --> Stripping away people's right to object doesn't really sound democratic to me, do you agree 👈

It is important that we understand how vital it is to stand together as citizens and help protect our home, our green spaces, our farmers ❤️🙏❤️

Saturday Classes :

- Ashtanga Vinyasa - will be marching in Valletta.

I really enjoyed guiding my session, to meet familiar faces and also new ones 🥰

It was a pleasure to share a slice of my passion - Yoga, Community, Consciousness, Movement, Wellbeing
