I work with both the body and the inner world. Some people come for bodywork, energy healing, guided inner journeys, and some for a mix of both.

My approach is calm, grounded, and led by listening. ☺️

Sessions are by appointment, online or in person. 🌿 KORU is inspired by the sacred spiral of the unfurling fern — a powerful symbol in Māori culture representing new life , spiritual growth , strength , and inner peace 🕊️. Just as the fern gently opens to the light, my mission is to guide you on your own path of healing and self-discovery. Through a range of holistic services — including massage, Reiki, reflexology, past life regression, and more — I hold space for you to reconnect with your body, your soul, and the wisdom within 🌀

It’s been a busy week and I’ve barely had the time or energy to post — but it’s been really good working from D'elle Hair & Beauty

This move is teaching me to be even more grateful — for the opportunities, for the people who continue to show up and support, and for the reminder that everything is possible. When the timing is right, things really do flow more easily 🥰

This place feels like it arrived exactly when it was meant to. Marsaxlokk was always a temporary chapter — even though I thought I might stay longer. It’s also my hometown village and will always be close to my heart (with a big, happy smile ❤️🤗).

There’s still so much I want to create and share, but for now I’m choosing to take things slower — listening more closely to the rhythm of my body as time goes by 💃🏻

This also reflects how I work with massage hours, mainly Monday to Friday, 8am–3pm. I’m not the same as I was 6–7 years ago when I had endless physical energy to give. These days, I’m learning to care for my own energy too — so I can sustain this work over time. When you work deeply with the body, you also have to respect its clock.

That said, I may occasionally take appointments after 3pm for other types of work such as reflexology, Reiki, past life regression, or spinal touch.
These sessions are different in nature for me — they’re gentler on my body and often energising, allowing me to show up fully present and continue supporting others in a more aligned way.
These are occasional and by appointment only.

I’d love to invite you to slow down too — to rest a little more during these winter weeks, and maybe treat yourself to a relaxing massage now and then to help calm the nervous system 😌

✨ A New Chapter Unfolding ✨

For years, Koru has been in constant growth and movement — just like a Koru. 🌀

To better support both the work and accessibility, Koru will now be based in one location rather than moving between spaces.

The time spent between Marsaxlokk and Żebbuġ was a necessary transition, and now the work is ready to settle into one grounded village location.
