A year after the inauguration of the MRI Linac, a new oncology machine at Sir Anthony Mamo Hospital, specialists have begun using it not only to treat patients with prostate cancer, but are also using it to deliver high-precision radiation to the lungs, pancreas and kidneys.

We’ve officially kicked off Phase 1 of our Erasmus+ Project 🎉 – the preparatory stage leading up to our upcoming job shadowing at Trinity St. James’s Cancer Institute in Dublin.

This opportunity will focus on staff working within the chemotherapy pathway and oncology research, giving us the chance to share experiences, exchange knowledge, and explore ways to strengthen quality improvements in healthcare. 💙

We look forward to this journey of collaboration and learning!
