In Ayurveda, we have a beautiful saying: The nose is the gateway to the head. It is the direct path to our consciousness and our "Prana" (life force).
When we practice Pranayama, specifically Nadi Shodhana (like I’m doing in this video), we aren't just breathing. We are:
-Balancing Energy: Clearing the solar (Pingala) and lunar (Ida) channels to find perfect equilibrium.
- Calming the Mind: Sending an immediate signal to the brain that it is safe to relax.
- Purifying the System: Enhancing the flow of oxygen and life force to every cell.
