Supporting the body - beyond massage.🫂
Over the years, working with hundreds of bodies,
I have seen something again and again.
Many people carry tension, stress, and emotional weight
not because they are weak -
but because their nervous system has been holding too much for too long.
And sometimes massage alone is not enough.
Sometimes the body needs space
to be heard, understood, and gently supported
from the inside.
That is why I am now introducing
✨️Trauma-Informed Somatic Coaching Sessions✨️
as a new part of my work.
This approach combines:
• body awareness
• nervous system support
• gentle guidance
• emotional integration
• and, when the body is ready - releasing stored tension or blocks
🫴 These sessions are gentle, one-to-one guided conversations with your body — where we slow down, listen inward, and support the nervous system to release tension, process emotions, and reconnect to a sense of safety.
❕️It is not clinical therapy.
It is a supportive, body-based process
to help you reconnect with yourself
and restore a sense of calm, clarity, and balance.
This work is deeply personal to me -
because it comes not only from my professional experience,
but also from my own journey of healing, survival, and growth. 🫶🐦🔥
