Honoured to be featured on TVM Malta – TVAM 🇲🇹📺 where we dove deep into the power of bee products during cold, flu and virus seasons ❄️🐝

During the interview, we spoke about how simple daily habits can make a big difference to our wellbeing — such as starting the morning on an empty stomach with warm water, lemon and one teaspoon of pure honey, a timeless ritual that supports the body naturally.

We highlighted why thyme honey is one of the most powerful honeys for winter, known for its strong antibacterial action, and how balsamic honey combined with propolis and pure eucalyptus creates a powerful synergy for nasal congestion, sinuses, colds and seasonal viruses — antibacterial, antiviral, anti-inflammatory and antioxidant all in one.
