What is it that you really want? Why do you want it? You deserve it. Go to the essence of it, do not get stuck with the details. Oftentimes we have a detailed vision of what we think will make us happy. Do not get stuck in the intricacies of your dream but rather take a step to really get the feeling you are looking for.

You can start with finding something that you authentically enjoy by going back to what you used to love as a kid. Between the ages of about seven and fourteen. Find an activity that will give you exactly the same happy feeling. Sometimes it's not obvious, so let yourself be guided by the feeling that activity was giving you.

What would you really really want if everything would be possible and available to you? What's your priority? Write it down first and then reflect on what action can bring you closer to it. The trick is to focus more on adding the good stuff in so you won't have as much time, energy, and mental space on the things that no longer serve you rather than fixating on stopping certain behaviours. The mind doesn't like the void and will be naturally driven to the old patterns.

Sometimes what you really need is to slow down to speed up. Let's say it's your objective to become fitter and the first answer to your issue is "gym". If you lead a busy life and the only time you can unwind is when you binge-watch Netflix while eating cookies and suddenly you are taking it away from yourself and replacing it with waking up even earlier to work out it can be an impossible mission to complete.

Being fit is a side effect of leading the good life. How about starting with replacing unhealthy coping mechanisms with pleasant, healthy, beneficial one? How about finding a type of movement that will be bringing you genuine joy each time? How about connecting with yourself on such a deep level that you won't need to overeat or crave unhealthy foods? And most important, how about reframing the way you think so it supports you rather than creates even more resistance towards your objectives?

Just do it right now. Look around and find 3 things you are happy about, grateful for, that bring you joy. It can be a message from someone, or it can be your favourite object, mug, pair of shoes, or Christmas decorations.. it can be the fact that the sun is out. Choose something that you care about and see how it uplifts your spirit.

I like to go for a combo - an object that I love, which was a gift from someone I love. It just melts my heart ๐Ÿ’œ and gets me instantly into higher vibrations.
