“I have nothing to eat…”
…while staring at a full pantry 😅
Yesterday after a late gym session, I was exhausted and had no idea what to cook.
All I had was:
🍠 sweet potato
🧀 feta
🧅 onion
🥒 zucchini
🥚 eggs
🌶️ bell pepper
🥬 rucola
Normally? I would’ve just skipped dinner or grabbed something easy.
But instead, I opened Beyond Energised…
And it turned exactly this into the meal you see 👆
No extra shopping.
No food waste.
No overthinking.
And the best part?
My husband (who used to live on pasta, meatballs & bolognese 😄 ) woke up today and said:
👉 “I actually feel so energised… I think it’s because of how we’ve been eating.”
