How to use the Enna Pelvic Ball?🤔

The Enna Pelvic Ball is designed for both prevention
and pelvic floor rehabilitation.

☑️ Preventive use — recommended for women during
menopause, those who are overweight, practice
high-impact sports, or during the pre-partum period.

☑️ Therapeutic support — as a treatment or
complement to treatment for postpartum recovery,
urinary incontinence, and certain sexual dysfunctions.

How it works:
Once inserted, the internal diamond-shaped structure
moves naturally with everyday body movement. This
creates biofeedback, stimulating and strengthening the
pelvic floor muscles without the need for conscious
