🌿 Easing PMS and Bloating Naturally

🌸 in 30ml carrier oil (20ml Grapeseed + 10ml Evening Primrose)
Massage gently over the lower abdomen or lower back in a clockwise motion. You may follow with a warm compress for deeper relaxation.
