Some people will never fully meet you, not because you are mysterious or too much, but because they haven’t met the depths of themselves.

Every person carries a story we can’t see.
Often, when we expect others to behave in ways that make us feel understood, it’s really our own need for validation seeking fulfillment.

I work with many couples, and one of the most common things I notice in sessions is how often we project our expectations and needs onto each other, especially in moments where we haven’t fully connected with our own longing.

We come into the relationships all kinds, seeking to be seen and understood, at times unknowingly trying to mold persons into the shape of that need.

Through somatic embodiment and coaching, we learn a different way, instead of squeezing anyone into the shape of our expectations, we can offer ourselves the validation our innocence is longing for, anchoring in the truth we hold for ourselves.

When we meet our own longing and hold our own desire, we stop expecting the other to fill a space that is ours alone to inhabit.

Connection then flows freely, without forcing anyone into a mold they can’t fit, and without draining the life from the relationship.

This doesn’t just free the relationship, it deepens intimacy, presence, and genuine connection.

Ta**ra is often misunderstood as simply a sexual practice, however, its core, is about learning to be fully present & to embody all facets of life with awareness, curiosity, and care.
