A kind reminder, all sessions are online, it does not have impact on quality. I am also a carer for my terminally ill husband. Should I fine a suitable physical location, I would need to increase my fee significantly which I do not wish to do. So please do not keep messaging for in person appointments. 🩷

Good Morning 🌄

One of the greatest awakenings in life comes quietly. It arrives the moment you finally understand that not everybody is going to change. No matter how much love you give. No matter how patient you are. No matter how clearly you explain yourself. Some people stay exactly where they are, holding on to old habits, old mindsets, and old wounds. And that realization can feel heavy at first.

For a long time, many of us believe it is our responsibility to help others grow. We think that if we just say the right words or show them enough care, they will eventually see what we see. We invest our energy, our time, and sometimes our peace, trying to pull people forward with us. But growth does not work that way. Change only happens when someone decides they are ready. You cannot force awareness into someone who is comfortable in their ignorance. You cannot drag someone into healing when they are not willing to face themselves.

Understanding this is not cruelty. It is clarity. Their journey is their own. Their lessons, their timing, their resistance, all belong to them. It is not your job to fix them. It is not your duty to carry their emotional weight. And it is not selfish to step back when you realize that staying only keeps you stuck.

There is a quiet power in letting go of the need to save everyone. When you stop trying to change people, you free yourself. You create space to grow, to heal, and to become who you are meant to be. You learn that love does not mean self sacrifice to the point of self destruction. Sometimes love means acceptance. And sometimes acceptance means distance.

Not everyone will walk with you into your next chapter. Some will remain in the same place, repeating the same cycles, telling the same stories. And that is okay. You are allowed to move forward without guilt. You are allowed to choose peace over potential. You are allowed to honor your own journey without waiting for others to catch up.

The awakening is not about giving up on people. It is about choosing yourself. It is about knowing when to stop pouring into cups that refuse to be filled. Growth is personal. Healing is personal. Change is personal. And once you understand that, life becomes lighter, clearer, and far more honest.✅
