Meet Mirko & Alexia 💛

Mirko and Alexia are Sicilians from Catania and the founders of The Sound Temple — a space devoted to the art and depth of sound. For more than 20 years, Mirko has dedicated his life to studying, researching, and practicing sound healing.

▪️On March 28–29, Mirko presents his course “The Art of Playing Singing Bowls” in Malta for the first time.

Level 1 is a 14-hour immersive experience exploring the foundations of Sound Therapy — resonance and tuning, the history and symbolism of Tibetan singing bowls, meditation and deep listening practices, and an introduction to BioHarmonic Sound Massage according to Mirko Sollima’s method.

During this weekend, students will learn how to choose and play quality singing bowls, understand how sound influences the body and nervous system, create harmonious combinations of tones, and use sound for self-treatment and supporting others 🌿

This course is open to everyone — from complete beginners who feel called to explore sound, to yoga teachers, therapists, bodyworkers, and wellness professionals who wish to deepen their work with a powerful and subtle tool.

Spaces are intentionally limited to keep the experience intimate and personal.
