From Fear to Trust – Preparing the Body & Nervous System for Birth 💛

Sunday 22nd March
10:30am – 12:30pm

From Fear to Trust is an intimate workshop for pregnant women, with or without partners, offering practical and emotional preparation for birth.

Co-led by a doula and a yoga teacher specialized in somatic practices and nervous system regulation, this experience supports women in feeling more held, supported and confident as they approach birth.

Through gentle movement, breathwork, hands-on comfort techniques, nervous system regulation and spiritual guidance, women are supported in meeting the fear of birth consciously — allowing it to soften into trust.

Birth is approached as a rite of passage, where the body and nervous system are gently prepared to feel safe and supported.

The workshop includes:
• gentle movement and breathwork
• doula-inspired comfort tools
• nervous system regulation practices
• a creative ritual

Each participant will also receive two meaningful gifts:
• a calming birth oil
• a baby keepsake imprint kit

When the nervous system feels safe, the body knows what to do.

Next Saturday, 21st March, join us for a gentle Yoga & Hypnotherapy session for Anxiety & Stress Reset — a guided experience designed to help the body and mind move out of survival mode and return to a state of calm and safety.

Through grounding yoga, simple movement and breathwork, the body is invited to release physical tension. The session then flows into a guided group hypnotherapy journey, allowing the mind to relax deeply while reinforcing feelings of calm, safety and self-trust.
