π§ Zesty Herb Butter
- 2 tbsp melted butter (25g)
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley (6g)
- 1 tsp chopped rosemary (5g)
- 1 tbsp minced garlic (15g)
- Β½ tsp salt (3g)
- Β½ tsp black pepper (3g)
- 1 tsp light soy sauce (5ml)
ππΏ Fresh Lemon Rosemary
- Juice from Β½ lemon
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary (8g)
- 1 tbsp olive oil (15ml)
- 1 tsp minced garlic (5g)

π§ Creamy Garlic Infusion

cup whole milk (100ml)
- 5 cloves minced garlic
- Β½ tsp dried rosemary (1g)
- Β½ tsp salt (2.5g)
- ΒΌ tsp black pepper (1.5g)
- 1 tsp lemon juice (5ml)
- Pinch of nutmeg

- 2 tbsp Orleans marinade (25g)
- 2 tsp honey (10ml)
- 1Β½ tsp olive oil (8ml)
- 1 tsp lemon juice (5ml)
- 1 tsp minced garlic (5g)
- 1 tbsp chopped onion (15g)
- Splash of water
ππΎ Citrus Lemongrass Zing
- 1 tbsp chopped lemongrass (10g)
- 1 tbsp + 1 tsp lime juice (20ml)
- 1 tsp fish sauce (5ml)
- 1 tsp white sugar (5g)
- Β½ tsp salt (3g)
- 1 tsp minced garlic (5g)

- 1 tbsp satay sauce (15g)
- 2 tsp Shaoxing wine (10ml)
- 1Β½ tsp curry oil (8g)
- Β½ tsp minced garlic (3g)
- ΒΌ tsp salt (1g)
How to Marinate:
1. Combine all the ingredients for your chosen flavor in a bowl.
2. Add your protein or veggies (about 1 to 1.5 lbs / 450β700g) and toss until fully coated.
3. Let it sit:
- 30β60 min for quick flavor
- 4β12 hrs for deeper flavor (fridge)
4. Grill, roast, pan-fry, or air-fry β whatever works for your dish.
