Payroll Clerk:

Maintenance of personnel HR and payroll systems. To ensure payrolls are processed accurately & punctually.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Data Inputting and Payroll Reconciliation
Assisting in payroll year-ends which is processed accurately and in a time efficient manner.
Computation of Sick, Leave & Overtime into the Payroll System
Opening/Closing of Employee`s HR Files
Assisting in work permits

Other duties

Planning & Time Management Skills
Accuracy & Attention to Detail
Ability to prioritize, multitask and is flexible to meet changing deadlines.

Requirements:

A-level Standard of education
Excellent written and oral proficiency in both English & Maltese
Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office
Experience in shireburn system will be considered as an asset
Experience in a similar role will be considered as an asset
Must be a team player, reliable & eager to learn.

Possess a clean police conduct.

Support and assistance will be given throughout by our experienced team and studies will be encouraged and mentored.
