We are looking for the following: could this be you?
Room attendants:
💠Preparing guest rooms and providing High quality service at all times.
💠 Refilling and replacing used products from each room.
💠 Polite and friendly attitude.
💠 Wearing the correct uniform every day;
💠 Changing linen and making guest room beds;
💠 Cleaning bathrooms and replacing any towels that guests have left out;
💠 Communicating with guests;
💠 Restocking a guest room fridge;
💠 Using cleaning equipment and chemicals.
💠 Person must be punctual and ready to work in fast paced environment.
Public area cleaners:
💠 Cleaning of all public areas including corridors, staircase, railings
💠 Hoovering and sweeping staircases and other public areas
💠 Cleaning of reception and all all furniture in public areas
Kitchen porters:
💠 Cleaning of public areas, dishes and restaurant area
💠 Cutting, peeling, preparing ingredients for chef
💠 Keeping the kitchen neat and clean at all times
Waiters:
💠Buffet servers
💠À la carte service
💠Runners
Bartenders
💠Verify the customers’ ages
💠Mix traditional and creative cocktails
💠Process payment
💠Clean glasses and bar utensils
💠Make suggestions based on customer tastes and preferences
💠Record and balance cash receipts and prepare cash deposits
💠Open and maintain tabs throughout their shift
💠Interacting with customers to create a positive atmosphere
Chefs(Mediterranean cuisine):
💠Chef de Partie
💠Sous Chef
💠Demi Chef
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a 4 or 5 star hotels.
Skill pass certificate is a must.
Qualifications related to the same field.
Preferably applicants for Change in employer application. We can consider other applications as well.
Excellent knowledge of English language.
Salary range €12,000-15,000.
