As part of our continued expansion, we are looking for new personnel to join our logistics team on a full-time basis, including Delivery Drivers and a Storekeeper.

As part of our logistics team:

- Delivery Drivers will be responsible for the delivery and distribution of pharmaceutical and health/beauty products to pharmacies across Malta.

-The Storekeeper will be responsible for handling incoming stock, organising the warehouse, preparing orders, and ensuring efficient stock control and distribution.

Job Requirements:

Clean police conduct
Valid driving licence (required for driver role)
Good communication skills with clients and colleagues
Ability to work as part of a team
Organised and responsible approach to work
Experience in a similar position will be considered an asset.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Regulatory Affairs Specialist, you will play a crucial role in securing regulatory approvals and maintaining compliance for our diverse range of pharmaceutical products. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Product Applications and Renewals:
✅ Prepare and submit regulatory applications for new product registrations.
✅ Manage the renewal process for existing product registrations, ensuring timely submissions and compliance with regulatory requirements.

2. Document Management:
✅ Maintain and update regulatory documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information for regulatory submissions. Implement document control procedures to streamline processes and maintain a well-organised repository.

We are looking to hire a storekeeper to join our fast growing team.

Responsibilities:

✅ Receive and appropriately store and sort incoming stock
✅ Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies; report those to accounting for reimbursements and record keeping
✅ Rotate stock and coordinate the disposal of surpluses
✅ Transfer/Collect stocks between various warehouses in different locations operated by companies within the group.
✅Perform other stock related duties, including returning, packing, pricing and labelling supplies
✅ Implementing measures to keep high standards in the warehouse layout
✅ Supporting the department and promoting innovative ideas to increase market share.
✅ Maintaining high levels of Health and Safety/Cleanliness awareness and reporting any areas of concern to direct superior
✅ Follow all company standard operating procedures (SOP’s) at all times


Requirements:

✅ A minimum of 2 years’ proven work experience in a similar role
✅ A minimum educational level equal to ‘O’ Level standards
✅ Ability to utilise Microsoft Office
