This role is ideal for someone who’s organised, confident with communication, and comfortable handling a variety of administrative tasks.

You’ll be responsible for:
• Managing the Director’s schedule, appointments, and correspondence
• Handling phone calls, emails, and visitor inquiries
• Organising meetings, staff schedules, and events
• Maintaining student and staff records
• Supporting admissions and HR-related tasks

These are personalised therapy sessions held at Hand in Hand, designed to support children in areas like communication, behaviour, daily routines, and social skills. Each session is led by one of our trained therapists and tailored to your child’s individual needs.
