✅ 3D running analysis which gives us in depth metrics related to Zachs running technique, helping us guide zach into his most efficient and economic running technique to keep him running with least risk of injury during his big run.
✅ Strength and Power testing to guide strength and conditioning plan, and monitor progress.
✅ Musculoskeletal screening to check for any specific weaknesses or discrepancies Zach may need to work on during his build up, to mitigate injury risk.
