We will be at The Club Attempt League Grand Final on December 23rd, supporting athletes with pre-race preparation and post-race recovery and consultations.

We’ll also be running a competition at our stand, with two performance testing prizes to be won:
• 3D running analysis
• Strength & power screen

All tests will be carried out and analyzed by our internationally qualified exercise physiologist in our sports science lab.

What makes her achievement even more inspiring is the journey that led her there. Daniela came to Stride Physiotherapy battling a peroneal tendinopathy and later shin splints — injuries that could have easily kept her off the competition floor.
