Another full on week in the books at Shed. Early mornings, heavy lifts, conditioning that humbled everyone and a whole lot of showing up when it would’ve been easier not to.

Big thank you to every single person who walked through the doors, trusted the process and put the work in. This place only works because of the people inside it. Consistency > motivation. Always has been.

We train for progress, accountability and long-term wins.
