Let me introduce you my youngest acro yoga partner, baby Ármin who loves to start each morning practicing yoga with daddy.

Did you know?

Your baby needs daily exercise just as much as we adults. The earlier you start exercising with them the earlier you develop their flexibility, strength, coordination skills and their nervous & muscular system.

I created a 30-minute Happy Baby Yoga class every morning 9am and afternoon 4pm at my studio in San Gwann, which combines yoga with specific co-ordination movements, baby massage and Reiki energy healing to calm the baby down by the end of the session.

I offer these sessions in a small group format (max 4 babies) or in private sessions. My current Happy Baby Yoga classes are suitable for babies between 2-12 months, but private sessions is available for any age. Both private and group classes are available in person (ongoing classes are in San Gwann, Malta and in Nagymaros, Hungary) and you can join online as well wherever you are in the 🌎.

I am a certified yoga teacher, massage therapist, mindfulness coach and Reiki Master working with all ages for 20+ years.
