Today, we pause to recognize the caregivers,the parents, grandparents, and families who pour their hearts into supporting children with communication, developmental, and learning challenges.

Caring for a child with unique needs can be beautiful, but it can also be exhausting. Remember: your mental health matters too. You cannot pour from an empty cup.

Take time to rest, reach out for support, and remind yourself that progress, no matter how small, is still progress. 🌈
