❤️ Today we welcomed a special little yogi to join us during our session. She even was my tiny assistant during practice!! Hale - Body & Mind

Next week practice is cancelled due to difficulties to cross between islands during carnival period ☺️🙏🏽

It’s been a full year for all of us, so we wanted to give something back to the community that’s already shown Hale Body & Mind so much kindness.

This Christmas, we’re opening a LIMITED NUMBER of free Yoga sessions, simply as a small gift from us to you. If you’ve been curious to try one of our classes, this is a gentle way to step in, breathe, move, and feel supported.

Join us on Thursday 11th December at 18:30pm at Hale Body and Mind in Mgarr.
