Honoured to have been invited to speak at the 2nd International Famagusta Dental Conference in Limassol, Cyprus last week!

I presented on the management of Molar Incisor Hypomineralisation, while my cousin, Prof. Simon Camilleri, shared his insights on the management of impacted canines.

🦷✨ Dr Audrey Camilleri Shares Insights on Paediatric Oral Health ✨🩺

We’re proud to share that Dr Audrey Camilleri recently delivered a talk to an audience of paediatricians and dentists — thanks to a joint collaboration between the Dental Association of Malta and the Association of Paediatricians, with the generous support of Prohealth.

The session focused on key areas that underline the importance of collaboration between medical and dental professionals in managing children’s oral health:

🔹 Development of dental occlusion & early identification of issues�🔹 Acute management of trauma in both primary & permanent teeth�🔹 Prevention and early treatment of dental caries�🔹 Evidence-based use of fluoride�🔹 Common soft tissue lesions in children

🤝 The takeaway message? Shared responsibility and timely communication between healthcare providers is vital for better oral health outcomes in children.
