We would like to clarify some reports on the media following a court sentence given to former Director Mr Aldo Busuttil together with former employees Mr Jose Bajada and Ms Charisse Law.

The company carried out an internal investigation and the Police never arraigned the company or myself as the Managing Director because this shameful illegality was carried out against company policies.

Mr Bajada resigned in 2020
Ms Law resigned in 2021
Mr Busuttil resigned in 2022

The latter is Director of ALDB & ASSOCIATES LTD and ALDB ACADEMY

The company has ongoing court proceedings against Mr Busuttil.

Aldo Busuttil, Jose Bajada and Charisse Law were sentenced to two years in prison suspended for four years, after they were found guilty of falsifying signatures on documents to the detriment of Infrastructure Malta.
