Nature was never a luxury.
It is where we can regenerate, reconnect,
and rediscover the meaning of life.

Some encounters create a thread that connects… 🌿

I met Mihaela during the Phytotherapist course. Since then, we’ve shared ideas, creations, and discoveries. This friendship is the start of a small community where ancient knowledge unites and strengthens us.

Her homemade preparations come from experience, patience, and attention to detail.
The secret is in the plants: listening to what they tell us and observing their presence.
Some encounters create a thread: this is how traditions continue to live.

December in Gozo reveals the first wild plants of the season 🌿

Walking through the quiet corners of the island, with the sea as a backdrop and birds singing, I discovered the borage, mallow, calendula and rocket just emerging from the soil. Their vibrant leaves and delicate textures inspire new creations for your well-being: a soothing lentisco oil, mallow tincture for the respiratory system and digestion, and calendula tincture for menstrual balance.

Being surrounded by these plants makes me feel safe and connected. Nature teaches us awareness, and every leaf has a story to tell.

Discover the magic of every leaf… and maybe something special for you 🍃

My journey into the world of plants and Mediterranean traditional medicine started at the Giardino di Pimpinella. Through the 'Wellness Herbalist' course, I deepened my knowledge from botany to spagyria and traditional Mediterranean phytotherapy.

Starting this January, I will share this knowledge through workshops focused on key Mediterranean plants and their main preparations, helping anyone wishing to reconnect with their roots.

For more about the Giardino di Pimpinella and their work, visit [https://www.pimpinella.it]."* 🌱

Some say coincidence doesn’t exist… I am among them.
In my very first year of activity, I’m delighted to share some of the collaborations that have blossomed from a love of plants, Mediterranean traditions, and the search for our roots. Many of these collaborations are with women, which feels particularly meaningful to me in the world of medicinal herbs.

Endemismi, from Sardinia, is one of these special encounters – the first of many. Over the next few posts, I’ll introduce more inspiring people and projects who share this passion for rediscovering ancient plant wisdom.

If you’re interested in the rare and exquisite essential oils from Endemismi, feel free to contact me – I’d be happy to share more!"

“As Hippocrates said, let food be your medicine.
December can be a busy, festive month — why not take a little time to prepare a dish that nourishes both body and spirit?
This golden saffron risotto is more than a delight for the senses: it’s a natural mood-lifter, a gentle brain stimulant, and a little celebration on your plate.
Pair it with a sip of white wine, brightened with fragrant absinthe leaves — a tonic, slightly bitter touch that aids digestion and lifts the spirit.
Celebrate the joy of cooking, the magic of flavors, and the warmth of mindful eating this festive season. 🌿✨”

Herbs that whisper your story.
They speak of intuition, healing, cycles, and transformation.
An herbal oil is not just a remedy — it is a memory, a feminine ritual,
a way for nature to care, to nourish, to remember. 🌿✨
