Lovely guest and her dad came for a Sacred Sound Healing Journey in the L’Għarix Temple Retreat Cave to celebrate his birthday. ✨

The Tibetan Singing Bowls we use are more than 450 years old. Their tones and vibrations harmonise the body and mind, helping release tension and restore balance.

Sound healing is deeply restorative.
It supports the body’s natural ability to reset and easing stress, improving sleep, and opening energy flow through the chakras and meridians.

What makes these sessions even more special is the cave itself.
Thousands of years old, it is a sacred space that was once connected to the Ġgantija Temples, where priestesses and healers gathered in ancient times.

When the sound fills the cave, it is hard to describe what happens. Something ancient stirs, and something quiet within begins to remember.

I’m always moved by how people respond to this place. It has a quiet way of helping you reconnect with yourself, without needing to say much.
