A quiet reminder that every day is a small rebirth…
a chance to begin again,
to release what feels heavy,
and to step a little closer to the life you desire.

Rumi once wrote, “The morning breeze has secrets to tell you. Do not go back to sleep.”
And it’s true because the early light carries its own kind of wisdom.
A softness.
A promise.
A gentle reminder that the universe is still guiding you.

I welcomed this lovely soul into the temple garden, and it was one of those quiet moments that remind me why I love this work so much.

The sun was soft, the air was still, and even our little temple cat came to say hello.
Sometimes healing begins exactly like this because it does not arrive through big dramatic shifts but through gentle pauses where your whole body finally exhales.
