As we enter the new year, we would like to gently remind our elderly community, and those caring for them, to take extra care.

Influenza is going around, and a few simple precautions can help protect everyone.

Precautions to follow:
– Stay warm
– Avoid crowded places when possible
– Wash hands thoroughly using soap and water, including visitors and relatives
– Be cautious around people who are coughing or feeling unwell
– Wear a mask in busy or enclosed spaces
