Meet Claire Agius 👋, Director of Packaging Operations at Teva Malta.

With people and quality always at the heart of her role, Claire leads the Packaging team with a strong focus on safety, continuous improvement, and efficiency. She is passionate about empowering colleagues to learn, grow, and progress within the organisation, while driving innovation through exciting projects such as Augmented Reality, Electronic Batch Records, and HAPA printing.

We’re proud to celebrate the support provided by Elaine Schembri (Supply Chain Director) and Susannah Mangion (Planning Senior Manager), who recently played a key role in supporting Teva Debrecen.

Their hands-on collaboration helped reduce Out-of-Stock (OOS) values in key markets and strengthened the supply chain through a more responsive and efficient MLTP process.

This year’s EHS Week at Teva Malta was all about learning, engagement, and teamwork with a strong focus on safety, health, and wellbeing across our site.

Throughout the week, employees enjoyed:
🍎 Fresh fruit every day to promote healthy habits
🗣️ Awareness talks by Public Health, OHSA, and ERA
💻 Online sessions on the SIFp (Serious Injury and Fatality Potential) program
⚡ Electrical safety briefings across all Manufacturing and Packaging shifts

And the fun didn’t stop there!
We had enthusiastic participation in activities like:

🧠 EHS Crossword
🏃 Obstacle Circuit Course
