Stuffed Zucchini and Sweet Potatoes πŸ’œπŸŒΏ
You Need:
2 Zucchini
2 Sweet Potatoes
4 eggs
350 grms Mushrooms
200 grms Spinach
Garlic Powder
Grated Cheese

Cut the Zucchini and Sweet Potatoes in half. Boil them for 15mins. Remove middle part and place in a bowl. Add the Mushrooms and Spinach to the mix, beat the eggs add them in and garlic powder. Use the mixture as stuffing and bake them for 25 mins. Add the grated cheese and bake for 5mins. Enjoy

Sweet Potatoe Pie πŸ’œπŸŒΏ
You Need: 2 big sweet potatoes, 250grms spinach, 3 eggs, chopped mozzarella and parma ham for the topping.
Chop the sweet potatoes and cover the dish as shown, bake for 15mins, then in a bowl mix the spinach, eggs and mozzarella. Add to the dish and bake for another 15mins. Then add parma ham on top and serve

My Journey

My love for Wellness started when I embarked on my personal journey, of weight loss 2 years ago. I was feeling so far away from the woman I used to be all my life, slim and fun loving. So I started by changing my daily habits, from nutrition to exercise to varying my routine. And the absolute change in myself ignited a different spark, I now Motivate Woman to get up and do the same like I did, to find that joy of life which keeps you in positive zone, throughout Life!
