Muhammad Waliid Roojee graduated as Physiotherapist from Northumbria University in 2013. His path that lead him to also become a Personal trainer and Corrective exercise specialist was because he was himself in a pitiful condition, with over 30kg gain within a period of only 8 month. With a changed of environment, lack of motivation and facilities, he became overweight and could not even functioned as a "student physiotherapist", or even going up the stairs without taking rest on each level. However, after being coached by his best friend, an ACE certified trainer, he realised that there are more he can offer to make people not only feel and be better, but also to achieve better in life. His Goal - "To rehabilitate the society", was due to the increasing rate of overweight youngsters and adults and the problems it leads to. Having himself suffered from this problem before, he promised he will do what he can to prevent anyone from having to go through the same bad experience as he did. As a Physiotherapist and Personal trainer, Waliid saw how both can be use to promote healthy lifestyle free from injury among the active population. He is passionate about health, fitness, physical wellbeing and has a track record of offering health and fitness tips, programs, quality lectures, tailor-made exercise planning as well as in depth fitness assessment for his clients and even for the poor and needy people. In 2021 Waliid Graduated from Sheffield Hallam University (UK) with his Postgraduate in Physiotherapy, and is specialised in Orthopedics and sports. Articles about Waliid:
