Ourvashi Sungkoora Ubhee is a qualified nutritionist and nutrition consultant who holds a Bachelors Degree & Master Degree in Nutrition with distinction. For the past 10 years, she has been extending and sharing her knowledge and spreading awareness about healthy eating through education and teaching. Her nutrition counselling sessions have the essence of her long years of nutrition teaching for which she possesses a Post Graduate Diploma in Education with distinction in the field of food & nutrition.
Her passion for nutrition and health makes her integrate new researches in nutrition in her approach towards nutrition counselling. She believes in the holistic and integrative approach in diet planning and provides personalised and tailor made diet plans that suits your lifestyle and help you achieve your health goals. She is perfectly aware of the challenging journey of diet therapy and therefore supports you throughout your journey, providing step by step dietary changes in your food pattern. In addition she also advises on appropriate exercises for both the mind and the body so that you feel rejuvenated after her sessions. She does not promote drastic diets but rather encourages her clients to engage in more sustainable dietary changes that will in turn lead to an improved and healthy lifestyle.
