These children are teenagers now, and that 23 year old is now a 33 years old 🤭 what are we adding more of into our time? Because we certainly can’t make more time… we certainly can’t pause it to decide. So we’ve got to keep going and remain conscious while we’re conscious and unbothered while we sleep ❤️ seeing you soon little ballerinas.. Mama Ballet Teacher is coming out of a baby bubble.. with my baby.. and we’re adding more structure, more focus and more consistency into our time.. because mama ain’t got any time left to waste… let’s goooooo 🩰

900 hour yoga teacher training 📍 Santa Cruiz, Mumbai, India 🇮🇳

With among a body of incredible teachers in: Asana, Samkhya, Yoga Sutras, Anatomy, Nutrition, Diseases, teaching practice, Hatha Yoga philosophy, Ashtanga Yoga philosophy, the list goes on.

12 hours a day, 6 days a week, for 3 months. Sundays off the teacher training schedule. Ashram lifestyle unveiling all things, in each moment, of each sunrise to sunset day.

The two Gurus at the time, Hansaji and Dr Yojendra, giving us Parisamvad every morning.

Pure, balanced and completely life changing. 🙏

And now Ajinkya visits from India to teach a TWO DAY YOGA WORKSHOP at my yoga studio in Mauritius some 8 years later. IF YOU ARE IN mauritius, I hope you will come to learn from his knowledge in yoga and Asana.
