💬 Stronger emergency systems start with strong leadership and collaboration.

Our CEO Diana Carson and Medical Operations Director Dr Daniel Akech proudly represented Response-Med at the 3rd County Leadership Emergency Medical Care Conference in Nairobi, Kenya. 🇰🇪

This inspiring gathering brought together county health leaders, policymakers, and emergency response professionals from across the country — all united by one goal: building stronger, evidence-based emergency care systems for every Kenyan.

💪 We’re proud to be part of this movement, sharing our field experience and working alongside partners to strengthen emergency preparedness and healthcare resilience nationwide.

👏 Huge thanks to the organizers and everyone driving real impact in emergency medical care!

🩺 High blood pressure doesn’t shout—it whispers.
In remote worksites, where long hours, high stress, and limited downtime are common, undiagnosed hypertension can quietly build toward serious health events.

Early screening, targeted education, and steady monitoring save lives—and reduce avoidable medevacs.

Response-Med integrates cardiovascular checks into routine site health—because prevention works best in the field, not just the clinic.

🌍 Dengue: A Growing Global Health Concern
From Jan–Jul 2025, the WHO recorded 4M cases and 3,000 deaths across 97 countries. Dengue thrives in urban and semi-urban areas, where Aedes mosquitoes breed in standing water. They bite mainly during the day, but can also bite indoors at night under artificial light.

At Response-Med, we help communities and workplaces stay prepared through:
✅ First aid and emergency response training
✅ Awareness sessions in high-risk areas
✅ Outbreak preparedness planning
⚠️ Second infections can cause severe dengue.

Watch for danger signs after fever subsides:
• Severe abdominal pain
• Persistent vomiting
• Rapid breathing
• Bleeding gums or nose
• Fatigue or irritability

💡 Simple actions save lives:
• Remove standing water
• Use repellents and screens
• Seek medical care if symptoms appear

At Response-Med, we believe preparedness saves lives — because dengue isn’t just a health issue, it’s a community challenge.

🚑 Our 2026 FREC-3 Calendar is Out!

After successfully running FREC-3 (First Response Emergency Care Level 3) trainings for the past four years, we’re excited to continue equipping even more professionals with life-saving first aid skills.

Whether you work in remote industrial operations, travel to high-risk areas, serve in the security sector, or simply want to strengthen your first aid skills for professional or personal situations, FREC-3 equips you with the advanced knowledge to respond effectively — when every second counts.

💡 The course runs over 5 days at our Karen training center and covers emergency care topics through hands-on, scenario-based learning.

👥 Participants can register individually, or organizations can book a dedicated session (minimum of 6 learners), at their preferred dates — and even at their own venue.

If you’re looking to enhance your team’s preparedness and confidence in medical emergencies, now’s the time to plan ahead.

📅 Explore our 2026 training calendar and reserve your seat today!
🎁 Register before December 31st and receive a free malaria kit.
